Welcome to Kiniving Productions, L.L.C.. By engaging our video production services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Kiniving Productions, L.L.C. agrees to provide production services such as pre-production planning, filming, editing, and related creative deliverables as detailed in the client proposal or agreement.
Invoices are generated monthly or per project milestone. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in a pause of production schedules, editing timelines, and deliverable release.
The client agrees to provide required materials and access, including brand guidelines, approvals, locations, and relevant project assets needed for Kiniving Productions, L.L.C. to perform its duties.
Unless otherwise agreed, creative assets produced by Kiniving Productions, L.L.C. become the property of the client upon full payment. Kiniving Productions, L.L.C. retains the right to use these assets for portfolio purposes.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding balance for work completed up to the termination date will be due immediately.
